Shipping & Return Information

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
Online orders are processed during regular business hours and shipped from California. Typically all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
All our orders are shipped with standard delivery through USPS and come with tracking information sent to the email you provided upon checkout. We are not responsible for updating incorrect information. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind holidays and weekend schedules.

USPS: Once we pack your order, we deliver it to the post office. From there it is completely out of our hands. We do not have control over their delivery. If you have questions regarding your package after it leaves our location, you will need to contact the shipping provider as we can only see the same information as you.

RETURNS POLICY
For health and safety reasons we do not accept ANY returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure of what sizes, length etc of jewelry please contact us.

The only condition we will exchange jewelry is if it is incorrect when supplied, we will then replace it with the correct jewelry. All jewelry is checked thoroughly before being shipped. Returns are subject to The Piercing Refinery’s discretion.
